About this house rental
The cosy Finca Son Font (Vistaselva) is located about 15 minutes' walk from Selva in the middle of a picturesque agricultural setting. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy a marvellous view of the village, the countryside and the surrounding mountains. The house is spread over two levels with a quiet bedroom on the ground floor, a cosy living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. On the upper floor there is a further bedroom with its own bathroom. The use of air conditioning (hot/cold) is at an extra charge and can be booked as an option depending on the season. In winter, a pellet stove provides cosiness. The Mediterranean garden with overflow pool surrounded by olive, citrus and fruit trees as well as a pond and flower beds offers a peaceful oasis of relaxation. The terrace with its shady pavilion invites you to linger in the greenery.
Optional additional costs: If desired, an air conditioning flat rate (cold/warm, 3 devices) of 15,- Euro per day can be booked in addition upon arrival. The price of the visitor's tax (eco-tax) is to be paid separately and it is subject to the current rates of the legislation.

We have enjoyed a lot our vacation on the island and we are very happy with the choice we have made for the accommodation. The Finca is very nice and clean, with modern equipment and an artistic touch. The garden is also very well maintained and offers a relaxing environment. We have liked a lot the view on the Selva village: the image of the illuminated church in the evening is beautiful. We have preferred to shop for groceries in the bigger supermarkets in Inca, which is some minutes away by car, but one can also walk to Selva and get the necessary supplies in the local supermarket. Next time when we visit the island we will book the same accommodation. Big thanks to our hosts!

We stayed for a week in June with our 3 year old and absolutely loved it here. The property is fantastic with everything you can need for a comfortable and happy stay. Its easy to visit different parts of the island but we would have been equally happy just sitting in the beautiful garden enjoying the pool.
The garden is enormous and it's fenced off, so its great for a little one to run around exploring. We've had holidays which have been spent panicking about him falling in the pool but the layout and the amount of land meant we could relax whilst keeping an eye on him and letting him have a bit of freedom. He spent hours in the pool but was equally impressed by the plum trees and being able to climb the little ladders to get a closer look at the fruit.
The pond is an added extra, with lots of lovely dragonflies and fish to look at and birds going for a dip in the morning.
But above all, Toni is the nicest owner you could wish to meet and we'll not forget him. He made us so welcome with paella and stories. Thank you Toni... you're the best!
