Beautiful apartment located on the first line of the Can Picafort beach.
It is located on a second floor (with lift) and has 70 square metres and is distributed in a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen in an office, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. Therefore, it is a perfect flat for a holiday to rest and relax with family or friends.
It is very bright and has impressive views of the sea and the promenade of Can Picafort.
It also has a small terrace where you can relax thanks to its beautiful views while enjoying a refreshing drink or having dinner.
To protect our guests from theft and assault, the address is approximate.
The location is unbeatable, as it is situated right in the centre near all services (bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets) but at the same time in a quiet area. Ideal for families.
Can Picafort is a coastal town in Mallorca, Balearic Islands, which belongs to the municipality of Santa Margarita. It is located in the Bay of Alcudia about 10 kilometres from Santa Margarita, northeast of the city of Palma de Mallorca, on the north coast of the island.
It is an important tourist centre with a wide hotel and restaurant offering. Can Picafort is one of the main tourist centres on the island, offering a wide variety of services and attractions that visitors enjoy each year.
In the Son Bauló District, there is a small protected natural space where a large amount of wildlife can be seen, such as turtles, red pheasants, hares, rabbits, weasels, dormice and Algerian hedgehogs. In this area, there are important archaeological excavations, most of which date from the pre-Roman era. The most famous are the Royal Necropolis or the Phoenician Cemetery.
Check-in and check-out are flexible, provided there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00

The sounds of the waves were wonderful, the proximity to the sea was fantastic!
With limited mobility, this apartment was ideal for me to walk a bit, sit down a lot and swim sometimes, with little effort. Being right on the promenade, from the balcony, we could find entertainment in the coming and goings, of people, boats and police cars and bikes keeping everyone safe.
Do holiday in this apartment if you want to be in the midst of the busiest part of the resort, with bars and shops. It can be noisy at night, with tribute bands, flamenco dancing and holiday makers enjoying themselves. But it all usually quietens down around midnight. We didn’t find it dreadful and when we were there it was the first few Euro Football 2024 matches. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.
We loved our time here. The letting company were fabulous and helpful. We did report the lack of TV, as it wasn’t working and the wiring behind the TV stand needed repairing. We didn’t miss it at all.
This apartment is homely, comfortable and well appointed, if a little shabby, but it’s in the most fabulous location, with an amazing view and has a super balcony that catches the sun in the morning, just right for breakfast, while being in the shade during the hottest hours.

The apartment is spacious, plenty of room for 4 people. A little dated in decor and could do with a revamp. But on the whole with such a great location this can be forgiven.
