Beautiful Villa for 4 people, private heated pool, WiFi, 9min. from the beach

Alessandro was a model landlord. He was extremely reactive to any question or issue. He was also a very pleasant young man. The property was 1st rate with a great view towards the sea and Adeje. Be aware that a car is required.

Villa is in a tranquil location. Grocery store is just a few min away with car. Lidl, but with ok offer off products. Host Alessandro vas always available and willing to solve any problem. Kitchens cookware needs upgrade, towels and pilows need to be changed. Sunbeds er broken. Was nice with heated pool. Overall villa is nice, just need some touch off coziness.

Just a heads up the google maps direction takes you to villa next door, so make sure with that if you book. But other than that a great villa. Good communication from the host when needed.

Nice villa, but with a few fundamental issues. The property is furnished to a high standard throughout and matches the photos shown on Vrbo. However, several problems let it down. Firstly, there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. I recognise that this isn’t explicitly stated in the listing, but one would assume that air conditioning would be installed in the most useful areas - not just in the living room / kitchen area. To give credit where it’s due, Alessandro was always available and willing to help, including responding to our request for electric fans for the bedrooms (although only one fan was provided). Another issue was the pool, which had an unpleasant green colour and was unfortunately unusable throughout our stay. Although the pool company did attempt to resolve the problem, it was not fixed before our departure.The bedding and towels inside the villa also need to be replaced urgently since they are old and worn, as mentioned by previous guests. The villa is regularly visited by several local cats. We suggest that Alessandro advises guests on arrival not to feed them - we only learned about this 3 days into our stay, by which time we had already purchased some food for them. While these issues didn’t completely spoil our holiday, it was frustrating to encounter them when our main goal was simply to relax. Sadly, we regret that we won’t be returning.
