Live your dream in this amazing two floor villa direct on the beautiful beach of Kiotari in south Rhodes Island. This luxury water front House is located in a splendid and extremely peaceful position surrounded by gardens (3000 sqm), flowers, pergolas, and of course the sea and the endless view to the Aegean, is a lifetime experience. Arriving from the beach road of Kiotari you only have to push the button of the control and the large gate door opens. On your right, four parking places in the shade of the reeds and the paved path to the outdoor "Tavern". On your left, the garden with flowers and herbs. In front the main entrance. Entering the house a large wooden staircase leads either up to the first floor or a few steps down to the ground floor, the terrace, the beach and the sea. Ground floor: (90 sqm) .The large red sofa in the living room will be your favourite place to relax looking towards the terrace and the infinity of the sea and the sky. The flat screen TV with cable multinational TV connection in every one of the 25 sqm rooms are finally not much of a need. On your right the ground floor bedroom with the white plated iron-double bed and the direct sea view. The balcony door leads directly to the main terrace. The hydro massage shower of the comfortable bathroom, the terry robes and the natural body and hair cosmetics will contribute to your ultimate relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious with a large wooden dining table, Washing machine and Dishwasher. The garden door leads to the outdoor "Tavern" The first floor (65 sqm + 25 sqm balcony) has two large bedrooms and an equivalent to the ground floor bathroom. Every bedroom has a large double bed, wardrobes, paintings and gorgeous view over the sea. "The whole building is surrounded by a magnificent, carefully tended lawn, planted with minimalist local tree species and enriched with a spectacular, fragrant expanse of aromatic plants the ideal ambient for relaxing and enjoying the summer days. Although the Villa has a strong modern and minimalist personality, at the same time the colours used to decorate the interiors bestow a warm atmosphere that makes guests feel completely at home. The Villa has been designed and realized using the highest quality materials and precious finishes. The greatest care has been taken with even the smallest architectural details. It has cutting edge security, electrical and plumbing systems, fully air conditioned .The Villa also has Wi-Fi internet connection. On the almost private beach we offer private beach beds and umbrellas. Guests : 6, Bed rooms : 3, Bath room : 2.

Beautiful house and setting, all 3 bedrooms with stunning sea views. Electric shutters to all rooms so you can leave the sliding doors open but know that the house is secure. The owner Aristotelis meet us on arrival even though our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until after midnight. He left us a welcome pack including fruit, tea, coffee, biscuits & two bottles of wine and allowed us to keep the house until 7pm on our day of departure. The gardens and outside space are amazing and there are more places to eat / shops withing walking distance than I had realised. Beachside taverna withing 50m walk of the house and watersports 200m in the opposite direction. The water is crystal clear and no one appears to use the beach in front of the house. All in all, amazing value and we will definitely be back. Perfect!

perfect. exceptional owner, friendly, helpful, charming... spacious kitchen with everything you need. the sleeping room upstairs with the panoramic seaview right out of the bed... won´t find that easy again somewhere in the world! have been in kiotari 6th time, hardly imaginable staying somewhere else when beeing there again in the future. thanks again!

Best place , wonderful house, six star !!!!! , private beach ,enormous garden ,fully equipped ,spacious luxury bedrooms, charming and friendly owner . We lived our dream in villa Princess and we will be back soon .

Spacious villa right next to the beach. Note that Villa Princess is only half of the building, with another villa in the other half. Both villa's share a large garden. The other villa wasn't used when we where there, so we had the garden to ourselves. Also note that it has two decent size bathrooms, but none of the bathrooms are en-suite with any of the bedrooms. Just so you know if you're looking for a bit of privacy. Every room has airco, they all worked apart from the one in the downstairs bedroom.
The pictures give a fair representation of the house. It must be said however that in terms of maintenance the place is starting to feel a bit old. Everything works, but it's clear that all the equipment was installed probably 15-20 years ago and it's starting to show wear and tear. In total 10 beach chairs where provided, but only three of them were not broken. Remember that this is a villa that sleeps up to six. Beach towels are not provided. In terms of decoration, it was all a bit bare. Be aware that smoking is allowed inside and when we arrived it was clear that the previous tenants had used that privilege. In terms of location, it's right on the beach which is convenient. There's a supermarket around the corner and there are a handful of restaurants. But other than that, it's mostly huge hotels and there's not much else going on.
Would we go back? Hmmm ... I'm not sure we would. You get a lot of space for your money, but somehow the place feels a lot less glamorous than the impression you get from the pictures. We have rented many villa's in the last couple of years. This one just didn't give us that 'wow' feeling that most others did.
