About this house rental
Rustic house with great charm. The original structure of the interior of the house is maintained, with the traditional "volta catalana" in all the spaces of the ground floor, and the original floor (tufa) in a large part of the house. It has two lounges, one of them with fireplace, three very spacious rooms all, fully renovated kitchen, bathroom and a large garden with plenty of sun all day and with a small barbecue.
"Ca L'Avellí" is located in a privileged area in the heart of "Baix Emporà" on the Costa Brava.
It is located 500 meters walk from the center ("Plaça nova") and the traditional market of fruits and vegetables and fish. It is located in a very quiet area within the Villa. Just behind is the bus terminal and a supermarket. Nearby we find the Municipal Office of Tourism. Just behind there is a public car park and its surroundings. Ease of parking in the area.

The communication with its nearest beaches is very easy since there is a very good road communication. Its "bike lane" also communicates and allows you to reach its most immediate beaches in a light walk without complications.
The cultural and commercial activity is concentrated in the downtown area of Palafrugell. Accessible only for pedestrians, around the church and the old wall you can walk quietly and explore shops, bars, restaurants, museums and foundations, just a few minutes away.

We have been with my husband and my two children. The house is situated next to the center. This all very clean. We really liked very much the big and sunny terrace where you can make barbecue.

We traveled to Palafrugell this summer with my family. We were very surprised with the house because it is very beautiful and very big. The rooms are so good decorated. The kitchen very beautiful. The best thing about the house is the very large terrace with a large barbecue. The house is very clean. It was a very good vacation. I recommend the house

The only thing we would mention is that one of the bedrooms is a walk through which may not suit everyone but was fine for us.
Also note that you can park for free in the car park around the corner from the house rather than have to find a rare space on the street!
