Conceicao has five restaurants within a five minute walk, which serve local dishes at amazing prices, a well stocked supermarket a pharmacy and post office. A 20 minute stroll will bring you to the Cabanas waterfront with lots of restaurants, specialising in local dishes, fabulous seafood and fish. Italian restaurants, tapas, ice cream parlour and coffee shops to enjoy, supermarkets and some small boutique shops.

The train station is just five minutes away and has regular trains to Tavira and Faro in one direction and Monte Gordo and Vila Rael in the other. Tavira is so beautiful and full of lovely waterside restaurants. Also an excellent bus service.

Walk, cycle, golf in perfect surroundings. Nearest golf course is a five minute walk away.
