The Villa is located in the Alto Salento, near the sea, in the famous and exclusive Village of Rosamarina, immersed in a fantastic vegetation of Mediterranean and tropical plants, which wrap around the wonderful Swimming pool with Jacuzzi available to guests. The beaches and the coast are of a unique beauty, alternating with long sandy beaches and large beaches, with wonderful and lush beaches of clear and transparent waters. The village enjoys every possible comfort, with Supermarket, Butchers, Greengrocers, Bars, Restaurants of all kinds, Pizzeria, Pharmacy, and Medical Guard. Furthermore, access to the Village is forbidden to non-residents, and is controlled by an efficient security service, to protect guests' privacy and relaxation. For those who want to visit Puglia, it is the most favorable position ever, being located in the center, along the coast, being able to easily reach cities such as Bari 70 km, Brindisi 30 km, Lecce 70 km, Taranto 50 km in a short time and naturalistic and landscape sites such as Ostuni 6 km, Alberobello 20 km, Cisternino, 12 km, Grotte di Castellana 25 km, the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto 15 km, Natural Park of Coastal Dunes 1 km, Excavations of Egnathia 7 km, Zoo Safari of Fasano (the largest in Europe) 15 km, and several playgrounds, and AcquaPark.

The property is located on a gated community literally a stone’s throw from the beach that extends for miles in either direction. The outside of the property is delightful with a large pool and plenty of seating surrounded by mature and colourful planting. The owners Matteo and Maria are very welcoming. The apartment has a small but well equipped kitchenette and sitting room however the seating is not the most comfortable. It was described as a 2 bedroom apartment but in reality it is one with an on suite and a room divider for the bunkbeds in the same room. The location is great for accessing local towns and villages for days and nights out.

Matteo and his family were very welcoming and it was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful location.
The apartment has everything we needed for our short stay and was very clean.
The outside space was amazing and it was very difficult to get the kids to leave the pool.
The apartment is very close a lovely little beach with beautifully warm sea.
We had a fantastic relaxing time.
Thank you Matteo, we will be back.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the villa. The apartment was spotless and just the right size. The pool area is stunning and extremely well maintained. The location is also very quiet which aids a restful holiday. Matteo and his wife Maria were brilliant hosts, very welcoming and extremely friendly. We were greeted with Easter Eggs for the 2 children and a bottle of Prosecco for us, which I thought was a lovely touch to welcome us. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay, we had issues with our car hire upon arrival and once we got to the villa, Maria went as far as to loan us her car. The villa is in a lovely area with a beach right on the doorstep. We were also very near to some other lovely beaches and Ostuni is situated nearby for a lovely couple of day trips out. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be booking again in the next couple of years. My Italian is extremely rusty after not visiting the country for 9 years - in the smaller villages, you will need to know the basics but we got by in supermarkets and of course most of the restaurants we visited had English speakers so please don't let this aspect put you off.
