About this villa rental
Charming Villa located on the sea with breathtaking views in the heart of the Sorrento peninsula. villa on 3 levels just 100 steps from the sea with 14 beds 7 large rooms all equipped with flat screen TV and 7 large bathrooms, 4 of which with Jacuzzi and 3 with shower. fully equipped and habitable kitchen. two large living rooms and a large dining room with panoramic views. 2 terraces, one of which is very large with a swimming pool with sea water. Private parking lift, air conditioning, wi-fi, washer dryer microwave, iron, refrigerator. It is possible to organize, on request of my guests, lunches and dinners with a chef at your complete disposal and, on request, also a transfer to reach the villa from Capodichino airport or from wherever my guests are.

Absolutely gorgeous property! Villa Felicità exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived we could tell even from the outside of the villa that our stay was going to be magnificent. Every inch of the property is spotless. The view of the boats & yachts in the bay is like a postcard. It is located in the small town of N’erano and not much to do in the village but we took boats and cars to nearby Capri, Ravello, Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. It was the perfect family trip. There were 10 of us (age range from 12 to 81) and never did we feel crowded at all. We highly recommend this villa!!!

My family of 11 had a magnificent stay at the gorgeous villa. It was even better than anticipated. Beautifully located in the little town of Nerano right on the sea. Everything was perfect! No crowds, many delicious restaurants available, boat tours to Capri or down the coast, hiking trails or sit and relax by the sea. Had a wonderful dinner prepared for us at the villa one night. Linda, the host, was most helpful in arranging excursions for us. It was a week to remember for years!

Our family and friends gathered in this absolutely gorgeous seaside villa to celebrate a milestone anniversary. This home and location did not disappoint! The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. Panoramic windows in all common areas gave glorious views of the entire coastline.
Clearly communicated in the home description were the number of bathrooms/baths and limited parking (2 cars). These were a bit inconvenient. We had to share showers and we were 10 people with 3 cars – 3rd car was a very tight fit. Another major inconvenience was there was only 1 master key to the house with only 1 key fob for the master gate to the neighborhood. Someone always had to stay behind to run ahead to the gate (a few hundred meters away) to open the gate to let guests out or be at the house to let people back in. There should be at least 1 key fob for each car at the house and at least 1 extra set of keys for a house with so many guests.
There were 2 full time cleaning ladies, always available. Home and garden were impeccably kept. Kitchen was a cook’s dream – everything that was needed, was available.
Linda, the house host was amazing in her communication and responses during the trip planning and while we were on site. She and Gennaro also helped plan a last-minute private boat trip to Capri – Grazie! Gennaro was available for check-in and provided all details needed.
Thank you all for making our stay magical – we would return again in a heartbeat!

The villa is beautiful and huge. The bedrooms are great except for there’s only four showers and the master does not have a shower. The bedrooms are rather small but work. It is a 10 minute walk to the house but it’s all uphill on the way back and there’s only two restaurants in town and one of them. The food is horrible. Its the one he said was 5 star. Sorrento and Pompeii are 45 minutes to an hour and a half away so it’s rather remote there in nerrano.
The maids are there every day for six hours and you cannot negotiate that. be careful of the excursion she offers because they aren’t exactly what you expect. the boat to Capri was much too small for 11 people. Talk to the host in person so she knows exactly what you want. It’s cheaper to get your own transportation because they way over charged. The chef dinner is well worth the money. The best food!
Capri is great but take sea sick pills for the ride. It’s slow and choppy and takes a lot of time to get into port. It’s incredible and I love this coast.
The beach club below is a bonus with great food and drinks. U can rent a chair for 10 a day.
The beds were rock hard and the linens were uncomfortable to sleep in.
The view can’t be beat.
