This family-oriented area is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. Beach a mile away perfect for sunbathing, swimming, surfing or fishing. The many miles of expansive beach are ideal for those who enjoy walking. Take advantage of the many local restaurants from casual seafood to fine dining. On the other hand, perhaps you would enjoy fresh lobster purchased right from the docks. Our own local playhouse, Theatre by the Sea, is located just minutes away. Children will enjoy the unique experience of Charlestown's Umbrella Factory. The Block Island Ferry, whale watching and fishing excursions leave right from Point Judith. Whether it's a day trip to Newport or Wickford, Watch Hill or Misquamicut, they can all be accessed within a 45 mins from this vacation destination, a true get away!

This spot was incredible! It had everything we needed from space, to features (like the outdoor shower, and amazing deck), parking and tons to do for everyone. 10/10 stay everyday of the week!

Great property, very clean and spacious. 9 adults for a golf weekend. Joyce was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay, despite a hurricane blowing through and losing power for 12 hours or so! The house is roomy, convenient, modern, and very clean, and we could all spread out and be comfortable. We have access to another beach so we didn't spend much time at Dunes, but the house was all we could ask for.
