This three-bedroom/two-bath condo is in the newest Breakers Resort, 'Paradise Tower.' Yes, the famous Breakers!
Located on Ocean Drive 20th Street North -- in Myrtle Beach's first oceanfront planned unit development (P.U.D.), this condo is in the best location, right on the Ocean Drive Strip. Enjoy restaurants, nightlife, and people-watching right in front of the condominium.
There is an amazing 20th-floor oceanfront view of the ocean and coastline of Myrtle Beach from the property. You can see the ocean from anywhere in the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The condo features a huge 133 square-foot double bay balcony with access from both the living room and the large, king-size master suite.
This condo offers almost 1,200 square feet of living space.
The master suite includes a grand view of the ocean, a private jacuzzi bathtub, a king-size bed, and a TV. A second bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and private bathroom access. And the third bedroom has two queen-size beds and a private TV. There is also a second full bathroom.
This condo has a fully equipped and includes a washer/dryer, full-size walk-in kitchen: oven, a smooth ceramic glass radiant cook-top, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman Grill, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffeemaker, blender, fryer, all dishes, utensils, and pots and pans.
The living room has a TV with DVD player, amazing oceanfront views, a sofa that folds out into a queen-size bed, and balcony access. The unit includes central air-conditioning and cable. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided.
Building amenities include glass-enclosed hallways (with a full west-side view of the entire land) that are carpeted and air-conditioned, three high-speed elevators, FREE WiFi, ice machines, FREE parking, an exercise room, a game room, restaurants, lounges, conference facilities, commercial shops, an ice cream parlor, a pizza parlor, and a Starbucks coffee shop. There is also an oceanfront water park with an array of pools, kiddie pools with water falls, a 418-foot lazy river with waterfalls (one of the largest lazy rivers in Myrtle Beach!), hot tubs, a large pirate ship with waterfalls, and more. The water park has various food and beverage vendors, along with a poolside beverage and grill vendor with many dining tables and stools. All prices are very reasonable.
The Breakers is a ten-minute walk to The Pavilion, Ripley's Believe It or Not, The Haunted House, go-karts, mini golf, video arcades, novelty shops, and too many more shops to name.
And it's a five-minute drive to Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Square Mall, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
Other nearby activities fishing, boating, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, horseback riding, surfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, snorkeling and diving, and miniature golf. Also close by are amusement parks, music shows, and an endless array of restaurants.
Voted one of the best condominium complexes on the beach -- it's amazing!

Jeff was great and attentive. Our family of four had a super late check-in due to our traveling window but Jeff had everything arranged at our 1:00 am arrival. Although the condo did not have the luxury finishes we normally expect at this price point, the condo was comfortable, clean, and met all our necessities.
What makes this condo a hit is the Location, Location, Location. It’s located on the beach with an abundance of secured pools on property. The condo was on the 20th floor of 21. The double balcony afforded us the opportunity to enjoy the great views and sounds of the ocean, without the disruption of the noisy children playing in the pool below. The pool was open until 11:00 pm which we enjoyed during the early evenings. We definitely would recommend Jeff’s place. Remember to bring your own paper products and trash bags as they are not provided.

The condo was nice and in a great location. Very pretty views from inside and on the balcony. The pool area was fantastic with easy access to the beach.
