About this house rental

Located on a quiet corner lot in Central/South Palm Springs (Warm Sands area), this fantastic modern home combines all of the modern conveniences that one could hope for with the mid-century architectural character that Palm Springs has become famous for. The home features an open floor plan with large windows that lead to a private garden, an outdoor dining area, built-in outdoor BBQ and a fantastic private pool/SPA. The spacious master suite features a Tempurpedic king size bed.

The private (compound-like) home features a wonderful South-West exposure for year-round sun, unobstructed views of the San Jacinto Mountains, modern – yet comfortable – décor, indoor dining area for six, high-end kitchen appliances, 500 thread count sheets, TV's in all bedrooms with a 42 inch plasma TV in the living room.

-Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- - Pool Heating fee $100 per day, $700 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.
- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.

My partner and I invited 2 adult friends to join us for a winter break. The layout of the house has 3 bedrooms that are spaced apart. The property takes advantage of 3 sides of the house. We were able to eat inside and outside. We were able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. The pool side lounges have beautiful mountain views. Four adults were able to enjoy a house without being crowded. The house is walking distance to a Ralph’s grocery store. The house is conveniently located to the airport, restaurants and entertainment(5-10 drive). The home is in a quiet safe neighborhood. We would choose this house again and recommend it to anyone going to Palm Springs. The property management and pool cleaning staff are very friendly and professional. The home actually looks better than the beautiful pictures.

We fully enjoyed the property and service. Great landing spot after a week of camper life. Beware of "No camper parking" ordinance in Palm Springs.
