Panama Santa Clara Beach Residence

The house worked well for our two families traveling together. There were plenty of comfortable beds. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The outdoor space was great. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball hoop, pool table and ping pong table. Benito was very helpful with the house. We did have water issues but Benito took care of our issues. Overall the house had everything we needed but was very basis. We enjoyed our stay.

The property interior and exterior is nice. It has a spacious open floor plan, main floor, which was plenty large for our 15 guests. We used the kitchen daily and all of the basics are provided. The 4 bedrooms were tight for our large group, but we didn't have a problem getting cozy. 3 of the 4 rooms have AC, the 4th room kept their window open. The 4th room was warm at night and with the window open they could hear the noise of the AC units turn on and off. The shower water is cool, though tolerable on a hot day. We loved the exterior of the property. We used the pool for hours a day. The pool table and ping pong table were great. We ate meals outside, laid in the hammock, and enjoyed the comfortable chairs outside. The beach is a block away. It is all sand, no rocks. The water is shallow and you'll find seashells on the beach. I communicated with the owner, Roger, many times. He was able to borrow a Pack and Play for my 1 year old child to use during our stay. He also helped research things for us to do in the area. He is very responsive. The property has a housekeeper, Benito, and his family on the premises. Benito is very friendly. He provided us a key to enter, he cleaned the outside of the property daily, and he helped us with laundry. At times the water pressure on the second level of the property was low and Benito would pump water for us to use the upstairs showers.
