Falling Waters is a lovely development with a gorgeous pool.The condo was spacious, comfortable with a great view of the lake and swimming pool. The condo had everything we needed and more. Michael was a great host and so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

5 minute walk to gorgeous pool

Second floor condo that overlooks a lovely lake and pool. Enjoyed the screened lanai every morning for coffee and breakfast. Watched the fish make ripples in the lake, the birds fishing for minnows and even a bunny nibbling the grass. Gorgeous sunrises.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is incredibly clean and stocked with everything you would need. The view from the back lanai includes view of the pool and also the pond and is a great spot to watch the sunrise. We enjoyed seeing the ducks swimming in the pond and even watched a bald eagle grab a fish out of the water. The pool is a very short 2-3 minute walk away and is one of the nicest pools we have seen. We stayed with our two teenage daughters. There were mostly older people at the resort and a few younger families. We visited Naples pier and beach is about a ten minute drive. Many restaurants and shopping short drive away. Owner was extremely easy to work with, kept in good contact with us and made sure everything was all arranged for our arrival. We were met by a local agent at the condo who gave us the keys and answered our questions. We would definitely rent this property again.
