Amazing view of the gulf! Location was great. Unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The A/C condenser is on the balcony and is very loud and blows out hot air when the A/C is on. I messaged the owner about it and he called me immediately and suggested turning the A/C off when using the balcony. That's what we did, but it was inconvenient. The pictures on the listing need to be updated because the pier isn't there anymore. The listing even says there's a pier that goes into the water, so my kids were disappointed when we got there and it was gone. Construction is still going on and covered our car in dust from where they were drilling new handrails on balconies.

Great beach people running condo was very nice condo wasn’t very clean water in shower was slimmy lot of construction going on very messy around pool area but we had a great time

"Super clean. Great view from the balcony of the ocean. Quiet so we could relax. Plenty of restaurants near by and traffic is light. No traffic backups. We had extra beach towels so didn't need ours...."
