This rancher is massive with several sitting areas. It was very clean. However, with the exception of the microwave and oven as well as the flooring it is very dated. My biggest concern is the bed in the master bedroom. It is three foot high. I am very agile still for an 80 year old and could get onto the bed. However, anyone shorter or in lesser physical condition would find it very difficult. Also, the linens and the pillows need to be replaced.
