The dream vacation can come true in our lovely Disney villa! Situated in Silver Creek, a tranquil and picturesque new vacation community just one mile north of the US192 and 12 minutes from Disney Main Gate West, our villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves, at very affordable family value rates! We have two side-by-side villas. each has 5 bedrooms (two master suites) and 3 bathrooms. Total of 4 suites and 6 bathrooms makes a comfortable living for up to 24 people.
Our villas are ideal for families who want to be close to the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer but wish to be located amongst the solitude of conservation land, lakes and wildlife.
These two beautiful Mediterranean style villas have total of 4 master suites with 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds, each has its own large private bathroom, 2 additional queen rooms, 4 twin rooms (each has 2 twin beds) , and 2 queen size sofa sleepers. It comfortably sleeps up to 24 people. 2 washer and dryer, bed linen and towels are provided. 2 super-sized (30'x15'), southeast facing pools (one with SPA) can be optionally heated. The lanai and pool is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine and great view to come in. Two kitchens are fully equipped with open bars, two dining tables can seat for 12 peoples, and two breakfast tables can seat for 8 people. Two patio tables seat for 8 people. Cable TV is provided . High speed internet access with Wi-Fi (wireless) connectivity is provided.
Our villa is very kid friendly. 2 Highchairs, 2 strollers, 2 playpens. Both pools have child safety fence and gate.
This villa is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable). BBQ Grill rental can be arranged before your arrival with a fee.

Overall it was nice. The communication with the owners prior to check-in was good, and actually checking in was great. The neighborhood was nice, and felt very safe. The house was relatively clean except for the bugs in the kitchen cabinets, but raid was provided. The home was comfortable but could really use some updating. There was a pool table in the homes, but 1 house only had half the pool balls and the other house had gouges out of the balls, probably from the cue sticks not have tips on them. The swimming pools could not be used at night because there was no lighting in the pool area and the screening around the pools had multiple tears in it. A person did show up on our second day to get the frogs out of the pool, but luckily there were no snakes, and the anoles were kinda cute running around inside the screening. The beds were comfortable, the TVs worked (you did have to move the cable around to get the picture to be clear), The ac’s worked, the fridge had oven racks cable tied on it to make shelves, but it kept the food cold and the freezer kept the frozen things frozen. Hopefully the owners give the homes a little attention, (especially taking care of the bugs in the kitchen) because these homes could be a great place to stay if they did.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves and the house was the perfect size. When we arrived the house was not the cleanest. Blinds were broken, kitchen floor and counter was sticky in spots, garbage was left in the one bathroom. I called the management company and left a message because there was something leaking in the garage the entire time we were there, but I did not receive a return call. It leads me to wonder if the management company is even communicating these things with the owners.

Our family stayed 7 days in both properties. We encountered a few problems and i tried calling the management team the contract had and did not get a call back or message. I have rented houses for years and this was our worst. I dont believe the owner is aware of most of the problems or if they are they need some help.
