Views were absolutely stunning. Location was wonderful. Entire condo was very clean and employees working hard everyday to keep it that way. The unit needed a little updating and minor repairs. The AC unit was a little difficult to regulate but other than that, we loved it.

Location can't be beat. Right on beach with bar/restaurant on grround floor. Condo had all beach gear and good communication with owner.

The property was perfect for our short visit. Easy to follow check in instructions made it a simple chore.

1. New mattresses are needed.
2. This property needs renovations. Water marks with rusty color are never good!
3. Finding out about the nesting ordinance imposed by Marco Island on registration wasn’t good. To be obligated to turn my lights at 20:30 or being fined would have changed my plans and I would have stayed in another locality in Florida.
