About this villa rental
Superb new house on large land not overlooked located on the heights of Trinidad with sea view.
On a private property, of about 4,000 m², near the northern entrance to Porto Vecchio.
The 350 m² villa with 380 m² terrace
is composed as follows:

- Large bright living room open to the kitchen area.

- Cellar.
- 1 bedroom with private bathroom / wc / bathtub + small safe (1 bed 180 x 200 cm)
at the ground floor
- 4 bedrooms with private bathroom / wc / shower + small safe
(2 bedrooms with 180 x 200 cm bed and 2 bedrooms with two 90 x 200 cm beds, with the possibility of separating or bringing them together) ideal for children.
- Laundry room equipped with two washing machines and a dryer.
Large terraces surrounding the house of 380 m² including covered terrace 80 m²
- Garden Lounge
- Sun baths
- Barbecue + gas hob
- Private heated swimming pool 14 x 4 m secured by an alarm.
The villa has a maximum capacity of 10 beds but we also offer to rent it for 6 or 8 people depending on availability.

We had a wonderful time. The house with its beautiful pool lived up to all its promises. The hosts were very kind and accommodating.Highly recommended!

We had a terrific time at this villa and would definitely go back. In the lead up the communication was excellent and the hosts were able to provide a cot for our little one. On arrival we met the host after some help with directions and found that the actual property was BETTER than advertised - the pool area had been redone since the photos had been taken. The Villa was very spacious and very well laid out for a family holiday.
Very minor hiccups were the tv (tv didn’t work and wouldn’t connect to the wifi) and also not really being sure about cleaning and emptying rubbish etc. Nonetheless these didn’t take away at all from the amazing time we had.
Five stars overall and would highly recommend!

Wonderful Villa, very clean and spacy, beautiful pool and big garden. Very quite area. House very nice furnished. We had everything or even more we needed. Great location, nice host. We spend a wonderful week there and will return for sure.
