The Beachy Mermaid is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, contemporary condo on New Smyrna Beach with breathtaking ocean views from the porch and master suite. Direct inquiries to 810.333.5397. Bright and sunny end unit with windows on 3 sides. Complex offers a tennis court, a beautiful pool, hottub, indoor sauna, lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas around pool deck. Access to trendy restaurants across the street and beach bar two blocks down, and Flagler Avenue with shopping and dining is just 1.6 miles down the beach. The complex is a Mediterranean style with only 42 units and it is meticulously maintained. There is an elevator that services the 2nd floor from the underground garage level.
