Old finely restored fishermen's house on one level on a charming sunny and shaded garden not overlooked suitable for 6 people and comprising:

- Living room overlooking the garden with 2-3 seater light brown sofa, 3 ecru canvas director's chairs, dark oak dining table, 2 old chests.
It has an open kitchen fitted with high and low cupboards in white laminate and equipped with: fridge, microwave, 4-burner induction cooking baking sheet, electric oven, dishwasher (new) and washing machine (new).
-1st bedroom: 1 double bed with wardrobe and small old wardrobe with shelves
- 1 beautiful bathroom with WC - Large walk-in shower, stainless steel washbasin built into teak cabinet with large mirror.
-1st Bedroom: 2 beds of 80 with a wardrobe and cupboard with shelves
- 1 bathroom with WC - Shower and sink.
Each room has a French window opening onto the garden.
The large living room of almost 30m2 has a sloping ceiling with an exposed framework in white painted wood. 2 sofas.
