Comfortable apartment. Located in the city centre next to Passeig de Gracia. Ideal for couples, families or friends.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Additionally, in the living room there is 1 sofa bed, so the apartment's capacity is up to 3 people. The apartment has a kitchen and a full bathroom and features air conditioning, heating, free high-speed WIFI internet, TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, sheets and hair dryer are included.
Central apartment located on the border between the Gracia and Eixample neighbourhoods. The apartment is just a few metres from Avenida Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia. It has the best features of each neighbourhood. Thus, from the Gracia neighbourhood, it has the tranquil, relaxed and bohemian lifestyle with its numerous restaurants from around the world, tapas bars... and from the Eixample neighbourhood it has the more elegant side, with the boutiques of Paseo de Gracia, the magnificent modernist houses by Gaudí "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batlló". Furthermore, the flat is only a 10-minute walk from Barcelona's historic centre (Plaça Catalunya and Gothic Quarter).

To avoid disturbing neighbours, access to the terrace is not permitted from 23:00 to 09:00.
The tourist tax of €9.50 per person per night is not included in the price. It applies from 17 years of age and for the first 7 nights of the stay.
The apartment is delivered clean and inspected. During your stay, you can request an extra cleaning service if needed.

This apartment is small, but has everything you need! It's quiet, in a great neighborhood...transportation close, grocery close...and a really good bakery just across the street :) The apartment office is right next door...very helpful staff. Excellent stay!

It was great that the Aparteasy Head Office is at the base of the building. I had a very pleasant check in with the Aparteasy Representative.
This apartment was recommended by a friend. The pictures make it look a bit bigger than in person, but as a single traveller, it was more than enough space for me. It was clean and safe neighbourhood and steps away from Diagonal Metro Station and with its 3 lines connects you to pretty much anything you want to see while in Barcelona. The location was easily walkable to pretty much everything as well.
The area restaurants were a pleasant surprise as well.
Overall, I was very happy with the accommodations and neighbouring area and amenities.

l'appartement est propre mais assez sombre. l'emplacement est parfait, près du métro et du centre ville. il n'y a aucun bruit ce qui est très appréciable dans une grande ville. proximité immédiate des commerces ( boulangerie en face ) et des restaurants dans les petites rues de gracia. je recommande ++
