Pre season sale! Luxurious accommodations and comfort at the fabulous Grand Lodge on Peak 7 on the mountain base, steps from the Independence chair lift. Week 10 ---March 7-14 2026 This is the only week that we rent.

This condo sleeps 4, one king in the master bedroom and one queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Our unit is managed and maintained by the Grand Lodge Resort. Upon arrival, you will check-in at the Grand Lodge front desk using your ID and credit card (like you would at a hotel). For your safety and convenience there is a 24-hour staffed front desk, not just a phone number. This is same as if you had booked directly through the resort but most likely will save you considerable money. Full access to the Grand Lodge at Peak 7 services and amenities are included with every reservation. There is NO daily resort fee! Also enjoy a keyless stay, to access the condo, pool, locker rooms etc.
Luxury robes are available to use for the week with no charge, great for pool trips, they are in your condo on arrival one for each adult.
The unit is one of the few that have vaulted ceilings and no rooms above, the unit looks out over the mountain and a quiet courtyard away from noisy groomers, snowplows, and delivery trucks.
Enjoy 2 flat screen LCD TVs, a galley kitchen with service for 4. Your ski equipment can be stored in your own dedicated locker, located in a heated ski locker room with a door exiting directly to the Independence Chair Lift.
This condo unit is the newest unit at Grand Lodge at Peak 7 and the furnishing is all new as of the end of 2021.
The residence offers refined elegance in a convenient location with stunning views, just steps from the Independence Super Chair at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 7 and at a stop on the Breck Connect gondola route from downtown. There is also Gondola transportation from peak 7 to peak 8.
The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 features indoor and outdoor hot tubs/ whirlpools and heated pools, the in-house restaurant, and the alluring Soothe Day Spa for you to relax and rejuvenate in the exclusive, adult-only Grotto. Enjoy the après ski bar, private movie theaters, a fully equipped Family Fun Center, and an Escape Room. Grilling areas and outdoor seating are located throughout the resort grounds. The property was great. Good Ski in/out, about 50' from the locker room to the snow to ski over to the lift. Pools and Hot tubs were great and there were plenty of them—short ride down the mountain to Breck. The room was small but acceptable for 2 adults and 2 young children. The kitchenette was suitable for making breakfast and sandwiches to take on the slopes. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Owner responded quickly to questions we had prior to our trip. Condo is small but adequate for our family of four (2 kids). Ski locker is a short walk to the lift. Next year would prefer something with a view or patio as this unit only has 1 window to look outside.

We pulled into the heated indoor garage and our luggage was taken to our room. We had a nice view and the "suite" with a master bedroom was room enough for us and our 2 kids.
Wr never touched our car again. Our skies were in our own locker just steps from the door where we could ski about 75 yards to the lift. We had great snow an skied all day, keeping energy bars in our pocket that were free in the main lobby. After returning our skies to the locker we changed to out suits and soaked in the outdoor jacuzzi hot tubs with snow falling around us. We were not cold. Later we too the Grand lodge shuttle to down town and found so much great dining both inexpensive and high end. The shuttle came back to get us with just a phone call. The kids loved the game room and private theatre for DVD screening. The bed was so comfortable and the bath was plenty big with great towels. We had a small but well equipped kitchen where I made late night Swiss Miss before bed. The rooms were straightened and beds made daily, the consumables ( mostly Swiss Miss) were replenished too. We were in the south building and everything was very convenient. Booking was easy and it was great not to have to carry a room key, we were given a wrist band that did it all. We have skied many places in USA and Europe and this was the most convenient and all for a very good price.
