About this apartment rental
Located in Playa de las Américas next to the sea. The complex has a total area of 47,000 square meters. Santiago Park is surrounded by an oasis of palm trees and many exotic plants of high natural value. In addition to a large saltwater community pool, for the enjoyment of adults and children as it has a small water park with slides. In addition, the clients of our apartment can make free use of the gym, spa and jacuzzi that are available in the complex. (use only for adults)

The location was perfect for us in respect of being close to the front and restraunts etc.
However the patio doors could not be locked and even though there was two safes none were available for personal items.
Having said that we did not feel at all threatened.
The apartment was clean but also needed abit of TLC.
New cutlery and plates etc.
We stayed for 10 days and would come back.

Parque Santiago 3 is fabulous, we know it from previous trips. Apartment very clean with good facilities. Shame we were made to pay an extra 7 euros on arrival for key card to enter site, this should have been provided within cost of apt, not happy about that.
