This Condo is convenient to the beach being only a 5 minute walk. It is an older first floor condo that is well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The living room and dining room furniture are showing their age but are functional. The kitchen has everything that you need but could use more silverware and serving dishes.We have stayed at this condo for the last 3 winters and have enjoyed our stay immensely.

This cute beach condo is located only a five minute walk from the ocean. It is in a great location for shopping, restaurants and area attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and good for parks, walking or biking. We enjoyed the local library which is nearby, playing golf at area public golf courses and walking the beach.

My husband & I enjoyed staying at this condo which is located only a few short blocks from the beach. Our grandchildren visited us while we were staying there and enjoyed the beach and surrounding area. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots & pans, dishes etc. There is a nice washer and dryer located in the condo. The living room and dining area were very comfortable. Nice televisions in the living room and master bedroom. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable. The linens ( sheets and towels) were plentiful but need to be updated. There were two nice air mattresses for extra guests. The pool area was nice but not heated for winter months. Overall my husband & I had a very comfortable and happy experience here and plan to return next year.
