About this house rental
The two bedrooms / two bathrooms “House Sunrise” is perched at the water's edge at the end of the magnificent Silver Sands beach. French doors open onto two spacious terraces, one covered and one open, both offering commanding views over pristine Silver Sands Beach. Constant easterly trade winds ensure that the climate in this house is always cool and comfortable. The property is fully equipped and amenities include complementary high speed wireless internet access, satellite TV, stereo system, cell phone/optional. For those who love to be close to the water and have unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea, House Sunrise’ terrace is right at the water’s edge. Sunrise has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living area and terrace areas all around the house, which can be accessed from the living area and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four burner stove, oven, good size fridge and everything else a well equipped kitchen should be equipped with. A flat screen tv (70 + tv channels are available to our guests) and a stereo system with iPod / iPhone dock are there for Garden’s guests to enjoy most modern amenities. The cleaning service which comes automatically with this studio is a brief hotel type cleaning service and changing of towels (and sheets on request) every three days. Additional services can be arranged, but always and only on request and depending on availability of a qualified member of our work force.
Laundry service is offered by our maids on property at a small cost.

We've been to several Caribbean islands but Barbados was by far the best! We felt safe as the locals seem happy with a lot of Caribbean flavor. There were plenty of excellent restaurants which offer a variety of cuisines including delicious offerings.
Inchcape Villas is a little slice of heaven on this beautiful island. The location is awesome situated on a secluded private beach but yet close to everything. The owners were just wonderful and accommodating. This is going become our regular getaway within the Caribbean.

We chose Inchcape and specifically the Sunrise villa as the ideal venue for our Caribbean wedding. As an avid kitesurfer, the location and the vista at Sunrise is impossible to beat.
Wolfgang, Rosie and their team of maids looked after us for 10 days and help us stage the dream wedding we had perceived. If you love the sea, the sounds and smells of the ocean mixed with a blissful peace that exudes from the location and the stunning gardens, you simply cannot beat Inchcape.
We cannot wait to return!!

We had a fantastic time in beautiful Sunrise villa. It is very private, very spacious, perfectly equipped and we loved the particular architecture it has. You can't get enough from the fantastic view on the ocean directly beneath your feet.
The owners Rosi and Wolfgang are extremely nice and very helpful if you need anything. They know the island like the back of their hand and can give you the best tips. The staff is very friendly and does a great job.
You have great surf conditions very close by and there are beautiful golf courses. Barbados has so much to offer! We hope to come back one day...

After staying at nearby Silver Sands for many years, this way my first stay at Inchcape. Wish I had stayed there much sooner!
The Sunrise villa is awesome. Very spacious, private, quiet and relaxed. The shower is great after a day of surfing - plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure!
Wolfgang, Rosie and the staff are very helpful, while they keep a good control of the standards at Inchcape.
