Right in the heart of Lake placid, this beautiful, spacious home has A/C and is all about location, style and comfort. It is located within a very short walk to Mirror Lake which includes private beach access to Mirror Lake and only minutes away from famous Lake Placid. In addition, you are just on the backside but still close to Main Street in the Village of Lake Placid. This home is the perfect location for your family or group getaway. As you have the best of all three .. privacy , restaurants, shopping opportunity and outdoor adventure! Loaded with extra amenities, this home features 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a beautiful Adirondack fireplace, a large dining room, a wine bar, Wi-Fi, throughout, an 8 person Hot Tub, BBQ Grill, ADK firepit, A customized POOL TABLE, a ping pong table, book collection, puzzles , movies and games galore for the kids and kids at heart! There is a mini fridge as well in the garage which is set up as an extended game room. For those who wish to stay inside, there are two 40 inch flat screen TV's equipped with gaming options if you wish to bring along with you..
Wanting to go outside... you will enjoy the Azure's grounds which are gorgeous and filled with adirondack mountain flowers and botanical bushes. There is plenty of room to start up a game of volleyball, croquet and or football toss! This home is truly a dream come true! The PRIVATE BEACH of Mirror Lake is only available to our guests. It is just minutes away - talk a short walk through our backyard and down the hill and you are there. The Beach features picnic tables and a dock. We share the Beach with a few other private owners. Owners are deeded private use for 2 hours a day . From 4-6pm. The other hours of he day are open for our guests to use and enjoy. We ask that these hours are respected. Thank you.
The 7 bedrooms include 2 kings, 4 queens, 1 twin, and 2 bunk-beds. All of the bedding is 600+ thread count cotton and all beds have cozy pillow tops, so you have luxurious and comfortable sleeping accommodations. There are deep closets, extra blankets and pillows in every bedroom.
The bathrooms are all well equipped with soft plush towels and new showers. For your convenience, there are hairdryers in all of the bathrooms.
There is a large BBQ grill on the porch and plenty of outdoor chairs and large tables to enjoy warm weather and outdoor dinners. A large ADK fire pit surrounded by plenty of outdoor seating. Please remember to inquire about staying at one of our seven other Luxury ADK Vacation Rentals. Each is distinct and part of our StayADK Luxury Portfolio of homes. Established guests receive a discount.
Per property and casualty Insurance and local zoning and code recommendations - security cameras are above exit doors only. We enjoyed our recent stay at Azure Lodge in Lake Placid and found the house to be big enough to easily accommodate our group of twelve. We particularly enjoyed the large dining room, the game room and pool table, the back deck, the fire pit, the hot tub, and the comfortable beds. The location is very near the town of Lake Placid and there is easy access to Mirror Lake for swimming or just relaxing. The host was responsive, but she loves to talk. The lodge needs some new furniture, particularly in the living room and the game room. The kitchen needs reorganizing and some upgrading, and while there were plenty of plates and bowls, there were not enough glasses and no teaspoons when we arrived. (The host did quickly address these problems.) With a little work and a pre-arrival inventory to make sure kitchen equipment is adequate for the size of the group this could be a five star property.”

Stayed a week with friends, adults and kids. We had a great time in the area and enjoyed the private beach. Location was perfect. The house had plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor space was great as well with the deck, hot tub, and big yard. Owner, Ann, was very kind. A few detractors, though, including furniture that was very old and very used. The beds that were labeled queen seemed more like a full size. Be prepared to bring basics for the kitchen like dishwasher detergent and a clean sponge. Renters are not allowed to use the private beach from 4-6 pm, which would have been helpful to know when deciding on renting the property. Definitely want to go back to the area, would explore other properties from this owner or others.
