About this house rental
Charming 2-bedroom (queen size bed; 2 singles), water views from the LR & screen porch overlooking the canal and steps from the bay (swimming encouraged!). Huge vaulted kitchen with modern appliances. Sip your cocktails out on the 75' walkway and gaze at the plentiful stars. 12 minute drive to the gorgeous Ponquogue and Tiana Bay beaches; short cab ride from the LIRR. New appliances, central air, washer/dryer. Be our guest! (Note that local permit laws require a 14 day minimum.)

Wonderful location. Enjoyed the dock and private beach. Lovely neighborhood to walk through and close to everything. Deena was an awesome and helpful host and was very responsive when we had an issue! Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your home.

Mornings were spent sitting in a screened in porch, looking out at the canal while listening to the birds as sunlight poured in, having coffee and reading, it was so relaxing. Beautiful skies at night with a nice deck to star gaze or during the day great place to tan.
Sweet cottage home in a lovely area. Lots of great walks in the neighbourhood and down each road is a beach. Great area to explore.
Deena is a great host and took great care of me.

We enjoyed our stay. Spent many nights on the dock fishing and crabbing. Good access to the North and South Shore. Quiet and friendly community. Very attentive host.

It was close to everything the Hamptons had to offer. Close to the bay and Hot Dog and Cooper beach which are the iconic beaches you see in the movies. The home was lovely and fit my party comfortably.
