About this chalet rental

Stunning south facing chalet in the Courchevel valley.
In a real mountain village, at an altitude of 1200m.
Calm guaranteed for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.
Close to two huge ski areas (15 minutes by car): LES TROIS VALLEES (Courchevel, Méribel, Les Menuires, Valthorens,) or PARADISKI (La Plagne, Les Arcs).
SUMMER: BOZEL lake 5 minutes by car. Swimming and many activities
Main residence, so very complete and comfortable equipment.
135 m2 on three levels:
- A street level (entrance, ski cupboards, seats for putting on shoes, full-length mirror.
- A garden level on the second level: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, toilet, TV in one of the bedrooms. washing machine.
- 3rd level: A large living room of about 50 m2, with full kitchen (large crockery, sink, hob, fridge, freezer...), fireplace, table 10 to 12 covers, 12 stools, 2 sofas, 4 armchairs.
Large bay windows offer a 200° view of the mountains, opening onto a balcony. Also on this level, 1 bedroom with TV and bathroom.
Please note: A garden with trees and flowers and a large courtyard for outdoor life in the summer (plancha, outdoor table and deckchairs) full kitchen and abundant crockery. WIFI available.

Wonderful house with great view on the other side of Courchevel ski resort. We stayed for a week with two families with teenagers and enjoyed wonderful skiing in Les 3 Alpes. We rented cars in LYS and it was a two hour drive. The house is in the mountainside, so driving can be an experience. We parked in Le Praz, 20 min by car but be early as parking space is limited. Or drive down to Bozel and take skibus.
