Very safe and quite neighborhood. We are very close to the grocery store, Walmart, 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, Banks, Starbucks, TopGolf, Studio Movie Grill (which I love), 11 miles to American Airlines Center, 28.5 miles to AT&T Stadium, 24.5 miles from DFW Airport, 10.5 miles to Dallas Love Field Airport.
The Dart Rail is 1.5 from us. Uber to downtown is around $12
We are on a cul-de-sac so it is private and there is parking for four vehicles in front. You can park an additional three vehicles in the driveway and one or two in the garage.

This is a very large home that worked well for 5 couples. The pool and hot tub were a blessing with the hot weather! House is clean, pictures really dont do it justice!

Ok, the place was big, however, very outdated. We felt like we walked into the 80s (Scarface ere to be exact). The rooms were ok; the patio was a great size and big pool, however, it was dirty (tons of tree debris). We had to call to get assistance with turning on the TV inside the house and the pool in the patio did not work. Very strict rules: we were not allowed to have guests over who were not approved to stay at the house and we could only have 3 cars in the cul-de-sac. Anyways, the place worked for the few days were we there for a wedding.
