The house is located in 2nd row, about 40 meters from the main road. The 16m² terrace is located on the southwest side of the house overlooking the garden. Here you are well protected from prying eyes and there is plenty of space for barbecues, sports and games available. The modern furnished holiday home has been completely renovated in 2016, All rooms are located on the ground floor and are accessible as the terrace and shower barrier-free. By default, the house can be occupied by 4 people, in addition there is a sofa bed in the living room available. The equipment includes, a living room with modern fitted kitchen and stove, a bedroom with double box spring bed, a bedroom with two single beds and flat screen TV, a bathroom with toilet, vanity and large shower and a guest toilet. Underfloor heating heats the entire 64m²des Ferienhaus. The bedroom has a blinds for darkening, all windows have an insect screen. Immediately at the house is a parking space for two cars, a bicycle shed for up to 5 bicycles is also available. Wi-Fi is available. Upon arrival, the beds are made, bed linen is so inclusive, towels are to bring your own. Additional costs such as water, electricity, heating and firewood accounted for. In the house smoking is not allowed, animals are not allowed. The tourist tax is payable immediately after arrival in cash.
