About this apartment rental
This luxurious apartment is at the fourth level of a high end XIX century building with elevator.
The location is a very chic residential neighborhood a few steps away from the parc monceau. the closest metro are Monceau on line 2 and Mirosmesnil on line 9 and 13, both are a 5-min walk from the apartment.
The apartment is very airy ( 150 square meters or a little more than 1500 square feet),has high ceiling and lots of French windows most of them opening to a balcony, facing on a quiet street with virtually no traffic at night or on a courtyard. it offers a large living room with plenty of comfortable couches and armchairs. there is a large tv screen with international channels. The fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher,stove opens to a large dining room where you can comfortably eat at 8 or more.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed ( 160*200 cm or 64 * 80 inches ). The second bedroom has twin beds. all bed materials are new, very comfortable and pillows are synthetic. one bathroom is composed of a large bath tub/ shower a toilet and a washer and a drier. The second bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet.
There are plenty of closets and the apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV. All windows close with shutters and therefore all rooms can offer complete darkness.
For an additional cost of 15 euro per day, there is a possibility of renting a parking space which is situated in the basement of the building and reachable with an elevator .
The all-inclusive weekly rental fee covers high quality linens and towels.
It is a walking distance (less than fifteen minutes) to the Champs Elysees , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourg Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (around 30 minutes) or a short metro ride (less than 15 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre.
The area is very safe. There is a range of restaurants a supermarket and a baker in the immediate neighborhood.
Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 300pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 300pm.

This place is FANTASTIC. The host could not have been more helpful and the apartment was extremely comfortable. It is on beautiful quiet Paris street with no street noise at night. Great location away from the tourist area of Paris and in the real heart of a neighborhood.

This place was outstanding, dripping with Paris charm! It was the perfect apartment for our adventures...equal walking distance to all the sights we wanted to hit. We could not have found a better place, and the host was so nice and accommodating, even met us early given our flight time. We will definitely stay here next time we visit! Merci mille fois!

This was a truly wonderful place to stay in Paris. The apartment was lovely, clean, well located and comfortable with many amenities. The check-in process with Olivier was smooth and easy. We absolutely loved our stay!

We had expected something a bit more high end than the actual product proved to be. Apartment is very spacious but the furnishings are quite dated. Sofas were particularly uncomfortable-swallowed you in and difficult to get out of. Some chairs rickety. Linens very old and worn-really need to be replaced.Kitchen well stocked but a few glasses chipped. Beds were nice. Neighborhood quiet. A bit of a hike to a Metro station. Not a vibrant area like Rue Clare, Champs de Mer or Montmarte which have tons of restaurants, bars, shops. This is a nice residential area but not a lot to do here. However, Paris is magical no matter where you stay. This large apartment is quite comfortable for four people. And, it has an elevator!!
