Patrizia was amazing! We arrived late due to an issue with our rental car. She was there to greet us with a smile and show us the property. She handled everything for us and was there to say good-bye when we left. Wonderful host and amazing home!

Our group of friends—four couples and two single women—had an unforgettable stay at this incredible Italian villa! The property exceeded all our expectations. The villa itself was stunning, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with breathtaking views that made every sunset feel magical. We enjoyed happy hour together each evening, soaking in the scenery and the atmosphere. Don’t hesitate to rent this place—it’s truly an amazing find and perfect for a memorable getaway!

The house is as described and as shown in the photos. Our two small children loved the long sandy beach that is essentially at the end of the (50m) drive. Fortunately neither of them showed any particular interest in the steep spiral wooden staircase in the dining room (which has no side rails but does have a gate at either end - though the top bolt needs repair). The house has all the kit that you need (but microwave would be helpful) - we enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the sunset over the sea and the Amalfi peninsula and eating outside every evening (including from the BBQ). Santa Maria is a lovely town with all the shops and services that you need. This part of Italy is a bit of a hidden gem and the house itself is lovely. Donatella was very welcoming and home cooked meals can be arranged and delivered to the house. We are working out when we can go back!
