Apartment in a beautiful stone-built villa only 50m from the sea, above the pretty village, offering magnificent view on crystal sea and lovely bay of Zaton.

Apartment is newly built, fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

Apartment accommodates up to 5 persons containing spacious living room,dining area and fully equipped kitchen,two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Apartment also has a big sea view balcony of its own.

Apartment features AC, SAT TV,wireless internet connection, kitchen equipment,microwave,dishwasher, washing machine, towels and bed linen (baby cot available on request).
Furthermore,apartment has it's own parking place included in the price.

Guests can enjoy their meals with beautiful view of the crystal sea and the charming bay of Zaton from the terrace in front of the house also.

Garden terrace with barbecue behind the house is also at disposal to all guests.

I have nothing against the hosts. But I have issues with the property. Rooms are tight, bathroom in one of the bedroom is so close to the bed, it’s a hazard, one keeps hitting lower part of one’s leg to the frame of the bed. No air conditioning in bedrooms, dark, if you open the window, mosquitoes issues.Bathrooms have no shower gel, tub enclosure is short, water spills on the floor.In kitchen no tea bags… kitchen sink leaking Being right off the highway, road noise pollution.The host was kind and considerate, I wish them well , it’s my opinion about the property, not for the hosts.

This amazing apartment had it all! The view was incredible, apartment was spacious, had everything we needed during our stay, was close enough to Dubrovnik and other beautiful sites. Owner parents attended our needs in every possible way, were very helpful and friendly, despite a language barrier :). I will highly recommend this property to anyone who travels with family or friends to the area! Thank you very much! Will see you again ;)

Nice people but we had to chase up the street address and directions before arriving and this caused us some stress. The view is lovely and kitchen well appointed but the beds (from American standards) are very hard!

Lots of steps up to this unit. Really nice and clean. Great equipment I’m kitchen. Only used master bedroom. Bed clean and comfortable. All beds in Europe are very hard. As an American, this was difficult everywhere. Lovely beach! Only drawback is busy road. Noise. Could close up windows but no air con in bedrooms so made it hot. Great people!

This apartment is perfect for two couples. With 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms we were very comfortable. Maria and her husband were so gracious in every way, greeting us with a bottle of wine and cherries (we were lucky because the season for cherries is over now). We took the bus, we ubered, taxi, walked. We did it all. LOVED the location to the beach. Highly recommend Konoba Valla down on the beach. Our dinner was incredible, my husband had squid ink risotto and I had the fresh fish. GET the hot shrimp appetizer, you won’t regret it. Overall, we loved this apartment and will be back. P.S. the AC was very welcomed. View, to die for

Every thing was good but too near the main road

Stylish spacious apartment . There is a nice view but only two outdoor seats on balcony (yet appt sleeps 4). Nice harbour area opposite with few bars and 2 nearby supermarkets. Property is on the main road to Dubrovnik , with a steady flow of traffic and therefore road noise. Very convenient for Dubrovnik , Cavtat etc.. En-suite bath/shower toilet has a sliding glass door with one clear glass panel (not to everyones taste). Also this bath/shower not working during our stay .

The apartmant is truly well equipped and commodious, also very clean! The owner Mario and his family are so kind and helpfull!! I hope I will come back next year!

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. It is so near the sea, the furniture is modern and overall impression was very nice and we liked it a lot! The host is very kind as well, we really reccommend these apartments to everybody!
