Villa Isuledda "Precious" is a prestigious residence of recent construction, located in front of the Isuledda beach, which is located only 150 meters away.
Completely surrounded by nature, it offers a beautiful panorama on the protected marine area of Tavolara and Molara.
The two-story house is composed of two independent apartments: on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin room, a living area with separate kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, large garden and a terrace with spectacular sea view equipped with table and chairs.
On the ground floor, with private entrance, there is a double bedroom, a twin room, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, two bathrooms with shower, a living area with kitchen, a patio with sea view with table and chairs, a small garden and an outdoor shower.
Both levels are tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, LCD TV with satellite, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, oven and dishwasher, free wi-fi.
In this villa only families with children and adult couples referenced are allowed.
Free cots and highchairs are available.
The location of the villa offers to its guests some relaxation of a beach holiday in a beautiful coastline, surrounded by the characteristic nature of the island.

The house was perfectly located five minutes by walking to the beach. Located in a peaceful area for you to gaze at the beautiful view of the sea!

We rented the whole place that is 2 flats one on top of the other. The top flat was fantastic - airy with a balcony we were able to dine on and amazing sea views. We were 5 adults & 2 children (ages 1 and 2). The walk to the beach took 5 minutes and it was a lovely small cove with shallow water.
The reasons for 4 stars not 5, are that the bottom flat was somewhat damp - it really was a bit like a cave. Also there was nothing in either flat in terms of cleaning stuff, no bin bags or dish cloths or salt which I found unusual for a holiday let.
We loved Sardinia and enjoyed San Teodoro and this little beach and would love to return.

We spent a week in the villa and we can highly recommend it. Location provides privacy as well as good access to a beautiful beach, excellent for children. Owner/agency was very helpful, we had a really nice stay. San Teodoro is a short drive away and there is also a very good restaurant near by called Miriacheddu, you can drive there (3 minutes) or even walk there from villa. Villa have good equipment and stunning view. We want to thank for everything!
