A balcony right outside the living room and the bedroom will give you a beautiful sight of the St. Peter's dome; the surrondings are full of tasty restaurants and grocery stores, and the carrefour market is open 24/7. Trastevere and the historical center are at walking distance, but anyway a bus stop and a railway station are really close to the flat.
Choose your preferred coffee, the classical moka or the modern nespresso system, and if you plan to arrive by car, you can park inside the private street for free in a reserved slot.

This stay was very clean and bright. Close to Vatican City and buses that go anywhere in Rome. Walking is easy to restaurants that are open from early to late. The space was comfortable. It was Holy Week when we arrived. Rome was packed. Host and liaison were both helpful and communication was easy. Elevator was working as expected. It is small but worked well for us. Felt very secure in this building.
