About this villa rental
La Calandria Madrid is a 450 m² villa with a private garden and pool, located in the capital.
Designed to accommodate several families, this home features 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 1 half-bath.
The first floor features an entryway, a living room with a bookcase and a sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults). A spacious living room with a dining area, a large sofa with a chaise longue, a fireplace, and a 46" LED TV. Fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. Breakfast area and TV.
The first floor, measuring 250 m², features 4 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. All are very bright and spacious.
The second floor consists of 4 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a TV, and a kitchen.
The house is very bright with large windows and is fully equipped with all appliances. Air conditioning and heating. High-speed Wi-Fi. Three TVs located in the bedrooms and kitchen. Library, dining room, chill-out terrace, hammocks, lawn. Solar-heated shower in the pool. Air conditioning.
The garden features fruit trees, palm trees, plants, and shrubs—all completely organic. Thick ivy surrounds the entire garden. BBQ. The pool is large, with two depth levels and lighting.
The neighborhood is quiet and residential, free from noise despite its central location. You can park in the area without any problems or needing a parking ticket.
A 10-minute walk from the Peñagrande metro station and 5 minutes from the bus stops that take you directly to the city center (Plaza España, Callao, Moncloa, Puerta del Sol...).
It is perfectly connected to Barajas Airport (Adolfo Suárez), just a 15-minute drive away.
The capital’s largest shopping center, “La Vaguada,” is a 5-minute drive away, featuring restaurants, movie theaters, fashion stores, and supermarkets.

The host communicated well. The villas matched perfect to the pictures. I wish we were there in the warm weather to take advantage of the gorgeous pool. Grocery in walking distance. Very secluded, private and secure.

The villa is in a lovely quiet area of Madrid will local amenities just down the road! We had the best time while staying here and would love to visit again!

Our group was a 3 generation family party, age range 72 to 2 years. The villa was great, spacious enough for us to not get under each others feet. Well equipped with good storage space and ample bathrooms etc. Great air conditioning during a very hot week.There are handy shops nearbyWe had great relaxed times at the villa but also enjoyed trips into Madrid.We all came back with great memories. Thank you Jorge and family!
