Aside from waiting to check in for 30 minutes in the lobby, the hosts were accommodating and responsive and a lovely family. Great accommodation and location. Marina market is fabulous. Restaurants are delicious. Short walk to beach and golf course. Condo itself is lovely and well stocked. Very comfortable and a beautiful home away from home. Recommended.

The hosts, Henrietta and Chad were outstanding. Also, the Location on the ground floor with a very very green privacy screen in front of us could not have been better. Very lush! Finally, the temperature was perfect, eastern exposure to the rising sun and by mid afternoon nicely shaded from the hot Westerly sun.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our February week in this one bedroom condo in the Puesto del Sol complex. The hosts live next door and were available and responsive to our questions or needs concerning the property; they followed through on every request and our damage deposit was promptly refunded. The complex has a great pool, 4 tennis courts, gated security and quick walk access to many restaurants in the beautiful marina it adjoins. The security is more a reassurance than really necessary, as we never felt unsafe whether in the day or at night in the marina. This is a great place to stay if you don't want to rent a car. I do agree with another reviewer's comment about traffic noise beginning early - the marina is a busy place and deliveries and employees do begin arriving around 7 am, and this unit's corner location makes it more vulnerable to this than other units, but you can opt to use the AC at night and shut the windows if it bothers you.
