Accommodating up to 16 guests, this three-cottage setup provides plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying shared time together. Palm Cottage, located upstairs, features a king bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and private balconies accessible from both the living room and bedroom—perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. Sunshine Cottage, located on the lower level, offers two bedrooms with queen beds and a sleeper sofa, along with a comfortable living area. Pine Cottage adds even more space with two bedrooms, including a king bed and a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and a spacious layout ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Together, these cottages offer five bedrooms, multiple living areas, and three bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to gather, dine, and unwind while still having their own space to retreat.
Guests can also enjoy shared outdoor spaces throughout the property, including the pool, deck, grilling areas, and a shared exterior washer and dryer, all designed to enhance your beachside experience and capture the laid-back charm of island living.
Located just steps from the beach and a short walk to the popular John’s Pass Boardwalk, this combination is perfectly situated for both relaxation and local adventure.
Please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. A signed rental agreement and valid government-issued ID are required prior to check-in. Exterior security cameras are in place and record audio and video 24/7. Some areas of the property require stairs for access.

Everything was so nice, location can't be beat. Plenty of beach supplies, towels, having a pool to relax in after the ocean. AC was strong. The kids used the fire pit, played corn hole, horseshoes. Overall a really nice set up.

We went down in early June with a group of 15 guys. The place was absolutely as advertised. The pool and backyard were beautiful, especially all lit up at night. The walk to the beach was less than a three minute walk through the backyard and then you find yourself on an enormous, beautiful beach, that seemed extremely private, as not many other people were out there. With 15 guys we loved the housing accommodations. The four different sleeping units were fantastic and were much better than one giant house. The place was extremely clean and owners were great! Absolutely no complaints and I would highly recommend this property for a family or group trip!
