Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.
Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. Recently upgraded with tile flooring, new countertops, and cabinets. Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!
The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).
Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.
Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.
Once your reservation request has been completed, you will reserve a booking agreement to finalize your stay.
*Surveillance cameras in use throughout the community's common areas. This includes the sidewalks, parking lot, gate doors, pool/hot tub, laundry room and office.
You will want to make sure you request this second floor home. The deck overlooks the Scottsdale Greenbelt, to which you have a private access gateway. It also faces the larges of the three courtyard areas on our property. Join us for the amazing views and the perfect get away.

Superficially the place looked fine. Would be a lot nicer with a rug in the living room. Went to use the bathroom and ick. The 2 shower curtains were black/pink moldy at the bottom. The metal around the bathtub drain was completely rusty. The spout and shower metal were quickly wiped over and previous water marks were very visible. Running the shower brought up a strong sulphuric smell. They did address it quickly to remedy the problems but subsequently there was no way I wanted to use the kitchen since I didn’t know how clean the counters, utensils, plates, cutting boards and knives were. BBQ’s also looked gross. I wouldn’t stay here again. Waste of money.
