On the 1st floor, there are two rooms and two bathrooms with a shower so if someone has difficulty climbing stairs you don?t need to worry!
The open plan design includes a comfortable living room with a big-Flat Screen TV and an equipped kitchen with granite countertops and all the appliances you need to feel like at home.
The movie area with a popcorn machine and the game room with a foosball, tennis table, and kids' toys are the pluses of this house!

AFTER BOOKING:
Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.
Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.
Optional Extras:
Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.
HOUSEHOLD STARTER SUPPLIES:
For your convenience, we provide the following items so you and your family can get settled in without worrying about it upon arrival. But keep in mind we do not replace the supplies.
*1 Paper Towel Roll, 1 Trash Bag per Trash Can, 1 Toiletry Kit Per Bathroom (Small Bar Soap, shampoo, and conditioner), 1 Toilet Paper Roll per Bathroom, 1 Dish Sponge, 1 Dish detergent, and 1 Laundry Soap.
*No washcloths and no Pool towel provided.

The place needs a little bit kore of cleaning… the AC vent needs some dusting and the carpet needs to be deep clean.

This house was very spacious and plenty of room. Space was never a problem. The only thing I wish I knew was that the pool is really small. The picture made me think it was pretty big, but it’s just a little square pool. I thought with such a large house that can accommodate many guest, the pool would be bigger. The outside seating area and outside restroom is great though.

Overall the house was nice very spacious plenty of room just a few mino yes pleaser things need some attention not enough silverware for the amount of guest the house can host know steak knives the dish washer didn’t clean the dishes very well no dust for cleaning up what you sweep up need new shower curtain rod in on of the bathrooms and a toilet paper holder in the same bathroom like I said nice house overall Kevin
