New listing for 2022. Beautiful ambiance place on the lake! Patio lights and lighted trees! Nice cozy seating under the carport! Boat slip with cover top! Located just off main channel of Lake Hamilton. It has breath taking views also easy access to Hot Springs National Park, historic down town, oaklawn race track and casino. You are only 2 miles from market, boat rentals, restaurants and shopping! Also mini golf and laser tag! Calm wide cove for great swimming and privacy. Whether your looking to spend time on the lake,relax or enjoy the views, or explore everything in hot springs this is the right location!! I live on lake also and can help you with any questions!! 3 bedrooms 1 king bed,1queen bed and one twin bedfor children in bunk room, plus Hill-Wheatley Park is a public ramp to launch boat!! If you want to be on the lake and close to oaklawn casino and horse track this is your place. The cottage is only 4 miles to oaklawn racing and gambling! Also perfect place for s family vacation .see all the amazing light show at Garvan gardens! Please no smoking allowed

This property, home and grounds are just as perfect as they are in the listing! This was our second time to stay here and it was just as awesome as the last! Terri was great with communication checking in to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed! This area of the lake is beautiful and quiet nice family atmosphere! We found the beds very comfortable and slept wonderfully. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my family along with an awesome grill and outdoor area designed for a good time. Our family spent 4 nights at this house. We especially loved all the outdoor seating areas -- just outside the house, on a deck halfway to the water, and right down by the dock. We spent lots of time out on the kayaks, and one of our children braved the early April water to swim and make the most of the floats in the shed! Everything you need is there for a comfortable stay. The owner Terri is attentive and helpful. We loved our stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sweet little cottage! The beds were very comfortable and it’s right on the water with awesome outdoor areas! Due to the location on the water the driveway is a little steep to walk down to the house, which is totally worth it for the stay, but could be a challenge for someone with a problem walking up and down an incline. I definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a sweet place to stay in a quiet neighborhood on the water!

This Lake Cottage was Beautifully decorated, and well maintained. It was perfect for our family of 5 getaway. The Hostess was very responsive with any questions we had. We enjoyed making s'mores, and sitting out by the fire pit. We definitely look forward to staying here again. We Highly recommend.

This newly remodeled property is the perfect place to stay and sits right beside a Lake Hamilton cove. The owner has thought of every detail and is a most gracious hostess. The only challenge of the property is parking. There is a narrow, downhill drive with only 2 parking spots, beside the driveway itself - and not much turn around space. Backing is required because the road above features no suitable parking. My son has recently moved to Hot Springs, so I look forward to staying here again when I visit and it is warmer. There is a kayak and fishing pier I can't wait to enjoy..

We loved it!! It was a nice place to unwind from our everyday lives!!! We had a great time there and made so many great memories!!! We feel like we went at the perfect time, we got to see the geese land on the lake, it was cold outside and we got to make a fire for S’mores!! We will be back next fall!!!!
