Old farmhouse with spacious rooms, kitchen, large lawned garden with playground equipment for children and private parking area. Shady porch with comfortable lounge garden furniture.
Sunny terrace on the first floor with incredible views of the Alt Empordà countryside. There is a barbeque, playground equipment for the children and shady areas for the siesta.
Accommodation, 1st floor -1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, there are also available 2 put up beds if required. 1 x shower room with WC.
Ground floor- spacious entrance hall, cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge /dining area. Covered porch with outside lounge furniture, BBQ area, terrace, garden with trees and shady spots.
Garden area partially fenced. The garden area is divided into 2 areas – area 1 open and not fenced, area 2 totally fenced, perfect for families who visit us with pets.
Nearby there are riding stables, golf courses, excellent restaurants, loads of cycling and walking routes through the beautiful countryside and right on your door step. Nearby there are various activities - Paintball Kankakee, Airsport Viladamat/Viladair, watersports on the beaches, kite surfing, karting. An excellent location for the perfect family holiday.
The village offers local shops, butcher, baker, chemist, restaurants and bars.
Incredible views of the Empordá countryside, 5kms will take you to the beautiful Costa Brava beaches, Sant Marti d'Empuries, L'escala, Sant Pere Pescador, L’estartit, Pals and further afield Cadaques, Cap de Creus, Roses. Figueres and the Dali Museum, Girona Capital - 20kms, the Romanic village of Besalu, the volcanoes of La Garrotxa, Banyoles – 40kms and Barcelona 100kms.
Viladamat, is far removed from the built-up coastal areas yet it is a short distance away from the beaches of L’Escala and Empúries and features one of the most remarkable displays of 16th century architecture in Empordà.
Sant Feliu de la Garriga castle is without doubt the most emblematic monument in the village. It represents the origins of this place and it is where the Viladamat parish headquarters stood.
The Palau Borrell is Viladamat’s other municipality: a hamlet of five old houses that have been recently restored and a pre-Romanesque chapel dedicated to Saint Eulalia.

Hemos estado genial, la casa es espaciosa y mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. No falta de nada, se agradece que al llegar tengas, café, pastillas de lavaplatos, papel higiénico, etc. La atención de Maite ha sido muy buena.La casa está situada en un pueblo muy tranquilo con gente majísima. Recomendamos pasar por la carniceria y la panaderia del pueblo. Las playas estan a 10 min en coche y sin demasiadas masificaciones.
