This house is fabulous! Clean, close to the beach…. We love the pool and the hot tub! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools. We had 5 adults, 2 kids, and our dog, with plenty of room. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a beautiful place n a quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely beautiful property! Amazing communication with the host and the home is exactly how it is described. Super short walk to the private beach. You can definitely tell where the private beach ends and the public beaches begin. Tons of space on the private beach with umbrellas and chairs set up for you daily. The public beaches are body to body, packed with umbrellas. The private beach is clean and beautiful! The hot tub and pool are both very clean and well maintained. The hosts even gave ou family a 100 restaurant gift card because they set up a new patio table while we were there, which it was no inconvenience for them to set the table up at all, they just went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and enjoy we definitely did! The beds are so comfy! We will definitely be back to Santa Rosa and stay at La Bella Vita for sure. Thank you for a magical vacation!

Keep in mind, the property company that manages this house is not accommodating or courteous. The houses in this neighborhood all have pools that are separated by picket fences, so if you have noisy neighbors you’re going to be up all night. The houses are about 30 feet apart. Other than that, the house is great.
