L’hôte était très sympathique, à l’aise , piscine, salle de sport à disposition, à trois minute du centre commercial , l’appartement très bien agencé .

Rien, pour le rapport qualité prix il faut être honnête c’est plus que correct .

Exceptional Host: A solid 10/10 for the owner! He was super friendly, highly accessible, gave us great local tips, and was incredibly quick to help (including replacing a broken key card in no time). Unbeatable Location & Views: Situated right in the middle of the financial district in a skyscraper, offering great views and a safe building environment. Convenience: Within walking distance of a massive, modern mall with affordable dining options and a large, well-stocked supermarket. Getting a taxi from the location is also very easy. Building Facilities: The downstairs swimming pool is absolutely awesome (a lifesaver in such a busy, hot city) and there is also a Jacuzzi available. Apartment Features: Two small bedrooms, a living room with two separate air conditioning units, a functioning kitchen with a fridge, a yoga mat, and a handy drying rack on the balcony for wet swimwear.

Great value for money in the heart of Jakarta's financial district! The building facilities—especially the amazing swimming pool and Jacuzzi—are a huge plus, and the location is super convenient with a massive modern mall and supermarket just a short walk away. The owner is an absolute superstar: incredibly friendly, helpful, and lightning-fast at communication. However, Western travelers should note that the apartment's condition is a bit rough around the edges and could use some maintenance. While the AC, kitchen, and views were great, we encountered some cosmetic wear (loose wood strips, walls needing paint), clutter, and unfortunately some stains on the bedding that need better attention. With a quick makeover and deeper cleaning, this place would be a 5-star gem. Still, for the price and the fantastic host, we felt safe and had a good stay!
