Some of the neighbours smoke so you get the smell in the house and a bit worse in the Garden. Luckily they don't chain smoke so its not too bad but that is about the only negative thing i can think of to say. Oh there is far too much furniture for a small flat and it tends to get in the way a bit. I counted 23 seats!!

The location was just across the road from the beach. The über provided everything one could need for a beach day. The place was dark, in the shade, but we imagine in the summer that’s a good thing.
