Very convenient location for beach, town and tram stop. Appartment was comfortable and well equipped. .
Unacceptably dirty common areas owing to long term construction project in progress, building materials stored in the hallway. Noisy from 07.30 in the morning. Fire escape not yet finished. I could not recommend this property until the building work is completed.

De locatie
In het appartement naast ons waren ze aan het klussen waardoor we meerdere dagen veel lawaai hadden. Ook was de entree en lift erg vies. Ook deed de code van de entree deur het niet, dit hebben we de vorige keer ook met de voordeur van het appartement gehad. Het douche putje liep niet door waardoor je binnen 1 minuut de hele badkamer vol water had. Verder was het oké maar wel erg stoffig.
