It was dog friendly, spacious and homey
Ceilings not soundproof - could hear hosts upstairs above us.

Very spacious comfortable studio apartment. Hazel greeted us warmly and answered messages quickly. You can see Boston Bay from the 'window table'. Lots of seating areas and enough room to work/relax independently of your partner if you wish, without bothering each other. Lovely little snack package provided upon arrival.
Very little. Be aware that the studio is under the owners house so you do hear noises from upstairs. It didn't bother us. The washing machine is not practical and we couldn't use it but just went to the ECO CLEAN laundromat in town for a quick and effective wash and dry. There are staff in the accompanying dry cleaners who are very friendly and helpful.
