New ground floor 2 bed flat close to the beach

My dad and I stayed here for five days while dealing with family matters, and overall we had a very good stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for our visit. The kitchen had good facilities, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom shower was good, and the property was nice and quiet. It was also a good size for two people and provided a comfortable place to relax at the end of a busy day. The location is excellent, with the beach, shops and local amenities all within easy reach. It was also convenient for getting around Southbourne and the surrounding area. The hosts were very friendly and understanding when we had a minor mishap involving a pen leaking ink, which we really appreciated. They handled it very reasonably and were understanding and approachable throughout. This was my second stay, having previously stayed in the one-bedroom flat, and I would definitely recommend the property. I would happily stay again if I needed accommodation in Southbourne.

Easy to find, It’s immaculate has all equipment required and good quality. Easy parking and a lovely neighbourhood

The location was incredible for the beach and buses! As was having a place to park the car for the whole of our stay. Also communication with Kate was also very good.

Besides having to leave it would be the compact size of the shower.
