The sea view was fabulous as the property sits on the higher slopes. 2min drive to downtown and 5mins to pebble beach. All facilities and amenities were top class. Ayten was a great host.

The checkout time was 11 am. Although Ayten did accommodate us and allowed checkout by 12pm.

Two story apartment, fully equipped. Only a few steps down from your parking, with a great view over the city. You can walk down to the oldtown in 10 mins, the way back up takes a bit longer. In the city you have restaurants (also nearby) and supermarkets. Parking and driving in the city is difficult, so being able to walk from the apartment is an important feature!

It was very pricey.

Мы - яхтсмены-туристы- путешественники, решили приехать на авто по горному серпантину и взять на пятерых человек жилье с красивым видом на КашМарину и весь город. На букинге нашла эти оранжевые апартаменты. Очень хорошее место, большой балкон, вид на закат, много котиков вокруг, а в квартире чисто и красиво. Хозяйка отлично говорит на английском. Есть вайфай. Жаль, что пришлось скоро уезжать, каникулы наши закончились. С удовольствием вернусь ещё раз. Сам город Каш волшебный. Пешком в гору тяжело ходить, поэтому приезжайте на авто.

The host was very attentive and welcoming. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing.

The location was really hilly, like 30 degrees. We have a kid of 6 y/o and we were not ready to climb up every time, we used a taxi to get to the apartment.
