Hakuna Matata Game Farm

Beautiful Surroundings and Great Amenities, but Urgent Safety Risks. We had a lovely time enjoying the peaceful, scenic surroundings and the local wildlife. It was a wonderful spot for a quiet two-night stay with my parents. The property is well-equipped for comfort; we especially appreciated the air conditioning in every room and the convenience of having hairdryers available. The air fryer was another excellent feature that we used and enjoyed.

However, we encountered significant safety hazards that future guests should be aware of. The markings on the glass doors have deteriorated to the point of being nearly invisible. This led to a serious accident where my mother walked directly into the glass, requiring immediate ice to manage the swelling. Additionally, the floor around the tub is extremely slippery and lacks non-slip flooring, posing a high risk of falls. Regarding the amenities, we noticed that several lights were not working, and the dartboard had only three low-quality darts. A specific point for future improvement: the hot tub uses river water, and for hygiene and peace of mind, we would have appreciated being allowed to clean and refill the tub each day of our stay.

The hot tub and location and the fact that they really thought of everything. Seeing all the animals coming in was awesome, even though it was raining.

Nothing. A nice to have would have been a closed, indoor fireplace as it was freezing.

Everything Service, knowledge of the team, and the serenity....most peaceful place I've ever been Night time is PITCH black and the stars are unbelievable....there is NO sound or noise of anything.... Truly relaxing place
